Bosch | Lost Recipes Deconstructed
Campaign

If young Singaporeans will only pay attention to food that’s either Instagrammable or Michelin-starred, how do we get them interested in heritage recipes that are going to be lost?

We market heritage food, like Michelin.

We created “Bosch Gourmand’s Table” – an initiative by Bosch that celebrate culinary excellence through a once-in-a-lifetime gourmet experience hosted by Candlenut and curated by Chef Malcolm Lee featuring 5 time-honoured dishes that embody excellent use of ingredients, taste craft, and artistic expression in presentation. We call for public to enter names for chance to win a pair of invites.

The true nature of “The Bosch Gourmand Table” is revealed through video on Bosch’s social channels. The winners are told the truth on email and are given the choice to attend or reject the event.

The conversation on Lost Recipes is continued by sharing photos of the event, and a CTA to stop the recipes from disappearing by visiting Bosch’s website to learn how to recreate these dishes at home.
